So it seems things have moved on a fair bit since the last blog, as such I will quickly bullet point then go into more details later!<\/p>\n
Tried building bridges with people… out of the three people I wanted to repair some of the damage I had done… 1 has responded and I will do my best to be a better friend to him. The other two, one just hasn’t responded at all, and the other has given me the cold shoulder and said he doesn’t want to be friends anymore. A huge shame but better to know now. In all fairness it serves me right.. but hey we live and learn.<\/p>\n
I have now accepted job working internationally – this will take my mind off everything as I will not often be in the country. I start on the 15th, fly off for a week on the 16th, and they want to send me to New Zealand for 3 months over Christmas! So yes, in order to deal with my issues, I’m going to do what I do best – bury my head in the sand and run away… if I stop I will have a nervous breakdown! So yes the aim is to not stop….. and work every hour available! Not healthy but its a coping mechanism that does work for me!<\/p>\n
Today I also became homeless…
\nAs a result of my house mate deciding he wants to move back north we gave 1 months notice to leave as required by our landlord. Unfortunately with me currently working away in the Midlands I have had no time to find a new place to live. As such last weekend I decided in order to buy myself more time I would shift everything I own into storage. So now I have two backpacks and a few clothes in the car… all my essential worldly possessions. To add insult to injury I have still not found a nice place to live and will be working away again for the next two weeks so not even as if I have the time to find anything.<\/p>\n
At least I had my friends to help me move out of the last place… erm hold on actually I only had my best friend and his girlfriend help me. My other friend was going to help but had a date, and didnt have any other friends in the vicinity I could call upon. But hey well it could be worse!<\/p>\n
So now off to Slough, park the car in the office car park, then into London to find the hotel ready for tomorrow… lets see what that brings!<\/p>\n
